(The original recipe included cherries, not chocolate chips)
100g vegan marg
100g sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
100g choc chips
100ml plant based milk (approximate)
Cream
together marg and sugar then stir in Vanilla essence. Sieve and stir in
flour, baking powder and salt. Chop and stir in choc chips. Add milk and
stir. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease tray with a little marg.
Divide mix in to approx 12 bits, roll into balls and put on tray and
press down with a fork. Cook for around 10 mins, take out when still
soft and allow to cool
