Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix coconut milk and apple cider vinegar and let curdle.
Melt coconut oil slightly and add runny ingredients then add to coconut milk and ACV.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and add wet mix to it and stir until well mixed.
Bake in bun tray for 15 mins.
I've added Betty Crocker's Coffee Icing to the top.
